Founded in 2002 in Christchurch by Anya Anderson, Enhance Training provides solutions for Retail businesses that want to increase their sales performance.

Focusing on the interface between the customer and the staff member, we concentrate on your people; selection, training, management and retention.
We offer to partner with businesses who need ongoing input, or work on specific projects.

Drawing on extensive experience in customer service and retail we have become dynamic presenters, skilled writers and facilitators.

We’ve been at the coalface, but also held National roles in Training and Development, HR and Retail Management and know what it takes to make a business work.

We have a belief that training must be tailored, interactive and real to make a difference. We understand that all our customers are unique and aim to maintain that brand integrity when we work with their team.
Our passions are people and performance. We love to see a team make a
difference to the bottom line.

We expect to travel to do our job, and are at home in any location in New Zealand or Australia.
